Certification

The Glenpark Free Range Farm – from where your Woodland eggs originate – is regularly inspected and assessed by third parties’ audit teams. In this way, the consistently high quality and integrity of our eggs and egg products is assured.

The farm was one of the first in New Zealand to have a registered Risk Management Programme (RMP). We follow the Code of Recommendations and Minimum Standards for the Welfare of Layer Hens, as required by the Animal Products Act 1999. The RMP controls all hazards and risk factors, so that eggs are fit for consumption. Once registered, the RMP becomes a legally-binding document and compliance ensures that we continue to operate within the law and industry-agreed standards. MAF representatives audit the RMP independently on an annual basis.
